John brings over 16+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience. John's wide-ranging expertise, comprehensiveness and technical skills assist Digiclarity in offering ground-breaking and ingenious solutions to its customers. He has extensive experience in transition, operations, and quality management of both single providers and large physician groups. John achieved his MCA from the University of Madras. In his leisure time, he is an avid traveler and loves discovering new destinations.

Sathya has an extensive background in healthcare provider credentialing, having worked for over 11+ years in this field. As a domain contributor, he is responsible for overseeing credential requirements and is a certified Credentialing & Contracting Manager for all Digiclarity clients. Sathya is recognized as an OnTrac STAR for his exceptional performance. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and enjoys playing badminton and watching movies during his leisure time.

With over 16+ years of experience in US healthcare including transcription, coding, clinical documentation, and denial management, Deepa leads coding operations at Digiclarity. Her primary focus is on transitioning the company and its clients to a precise and automated coding platform. Her qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy and CPC and CPCD from AAPC. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry.

Satish has over 13 years of extensive experience in Operations, Quality, Analytics, RPA, WFM, MIS, and Process Excellence within the US healthcare industry. He holds a BSC.IT degree from Mumbai University. At Digiclarity, he has been the face of the Business Excellence team, helping to drive continuous reengineering and responding to changing client needs. Methodically mapping out business processes helps him provide "best practice" solutions. The things he enjoys most are playing video games, watching movies and being an Aquarist.

With 15+ years of experience under her belt, Sara boasts a diverse range of HR skills including Talent Management, Employee Engagement, HR Budgeting, Attrition Management, Retention, and HR Analytics, with expertise in IT, ITES, Captives, Healthcare, and joint ventures. Her ISO 9001 QMS, 27001 ISMS Awareness Certification as an auditor further strengthens her credentials and attending workshops and earning certification in emotional intelligence and NLP programs. Sara spends her free time cooking, gardening, singing, and discovering new culinary delights.

With a wealth of experience spanning three decades, Ramesh has expertise in multiple fields including safety, security, vendor management, asset management, travel arrangements, and housekeeping. Additionally, he has collaborated with HR department in all admin-related tasks of event management. Notably, while employed at Digiclarity, he made a substantial impact by reducing expenses by 30-40% during the company's relocation. In his free time, Ramesh is devoted to serving God and listening to melody music.
